Silly but important

Job app reference for Cumberland Merchandiser

I have filled out a lot of job applications in my time.
I do get very frustrated at how some questionnaires go during part of the application and interview process.
Some are based on behavior and personality.
Some really limit the ability to give a straight, competent answer. Most people tell a person to say "yes, or no." In this questionaire, there were some questions that gave the opportunity to say "it depends." I love that!
For the most part, I thought it gave great opportunity to give the best answers. There was even a question of body posture abilities, and I agreed to all except the actual given option of "kneeling"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I loved it!
This gives me the immediate impression that the employer has confidence. The employer does not have to treat its employees as slaves or subjects to be considered an employee.
They even asked varying degrees of structure and flexibility. I wish there was still more levels of varying degrees of structure vs. flexibility, but I chose more flexibility and less structure.
Anyway, I wish more questionnaires were more aligned to match that questionnaire when seeking employment.
It still had limits, but compared to most questionnaires, that was the best questionnaire yet.
I think there was some things to read into, but I wasn't not sure how to specifically read into them.

In other thoughts, I have read the Psychology Today article concerning my dad. I have read some of the articles as well and have yet to finish this issue of Psychology Today.
But, I am of good relief that my dad has a better truth. I have a hard time believing that some other women have suffered the same exact embarassment as I have. It was some sort of project that happened in the 70s or 80s where women were made to believe that their fathers had molested them as children.
My dad and I are not on good terms however. Even though I am greatly relieved that he has a better truth that he is not a child molester, I still think he is a control freak and I will not take it back that I was abused as a child and still suffer mysogymy (woman-hater). Even in his silence, he is an open book to read. I think he is a control freak.
With other men, I have suffered sexual harassment and extreme abuse of a list of sorts.

In a random article, that I don't think is really random and part of a trick to rigging, is the word: "heuristics." (hard-wired mental shortcuts that often shape our lives). It is another thought of being on "autopilot" in contrast there is rational, put together logical thoughts. I thought it was such an interesting piece of information to learn about. Unfortunately, I do not think it will save me from the rig that has already happened. In giving a defense and rebuttal to a hiring employer to respond to ACC teacher or employers bad mouthing, besides the amount of stalking and harassment they gave, heuristics is another good defense during the time of racketing and rigging.

Psychology Today is a tremendous advocate to my well-being, but I wish there was more that I could tangibly do for myself.
